I have been fortunate to gain extensive experience across a wide range of school networks over the years. With this in mind I understand the challenges that schools face when deciding how to allocate resources for pupils with SEN in a complex, and often demanding, system.
My training sessions offer realistic and encouraging suggestions that help staff to feel better informed and more confident when striving to achieve universal high-quality teaching for all.
Training is delivered with the acknowledgement that your school is probably working very hard to support pupils with SEN already. There will be a lot of expertise in place within your setting. My role is to help school leaders ‘bring this together’ across multiple teams, where experience may vary, and ensure that core themes have been shared, updated and understood consistently.
